NO - FAIL PIE CRUST 
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. salad oil (preferably Crisco)
3 tbsp. cold milk

DOUBLE:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. cold milk

Mix flour, salt, and oil until well blended. Add milk and mix until mixture forms ball.

Roll out dough between wax paper on dough board. Lightly moisten board so that wax paper doesn't slip. Pull off top piece of wax paper; pick up bottom piece (crust will stick to it) and lay crust over pie pan.

Crimp edges of single crust. If baked crust is needed, bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

For double crust, repeat steps for single crust but do not crimp until top crust is added. Bake as per pie recipe.
