9 inch unbaked pie crust
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Cream the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth. Place in prepared pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
