EASY CHEESY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, boiled, boned and cut up into bite size
1 pkg. frozen vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Layer chicken pieces in bottom of large casserole dish. Layer thawed vegetables over chicken. Mix soups with chicken broth and pour over other layers. Mix together melted butter, buttermilk, flour and cheese. Drop by spoonfuls over soup layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
