STIR FRY CHICKEN 
3 med. chicken breast or chicken tenders, skinned & deboned
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. fine herbes
1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash pepper

Cut chicken into small cubes. Mix all other ingredients together and add chicken. Let set in bowl in refrigerator for one hour or several hours. Place chicken in shallow skillet with 2 tablespoons butter or oil. Stir and cook until done, about 15 minutes.
