CHICKEN ON A BUN 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. sweet pickles, chopped
Salt & pepper
2/3 c. salad dressing
8 toasted bun halves
American cheese, grated

Combine chicken, celery, sweet pickle, salt and pepper and salad dressing. Spread on 8 toasted bun halves. Sprinkle with grated American cheese. Place under broiler or in oven to melt cheese. Buns and cheese are hot; salad stays crisp and cool.
