FUDGY PHILLY BROWNIES 
2 lbs. cream cheese, softened
3 lbs. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. butter
12 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 qts. (2 lbs., 12 oz.) sugar
12 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. flour
3 c. chopped walnuts

Combine cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Blend in 4 eggs, set aside. Melt butter and chocolate together. Blend sugar, eggs and vanilla into chocolate. Add flour and mix well. Stir in nuts. Reserve 1 1/2 pints chocolate mixture. Spread remaining mixture into greased 18 x 26 inch pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over this and top with reserved chocolate batter. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 120 bars.
