GARLIC SALT 
1 lb. regular salt
2 oz. black pepper (or more)
2 bulbs fresh garlic
1 lg. air tight jar

Break apart and peel garlic bulbs. Chop into very small pieces on a non absorbent surface. Place some salt, then some pepper, then some chopped garlic into jar and shake. Continue these layers until full. You may use more or less of any ingredient to suit your taste. Always keep tightly covered when not in use.
