PINEAPPLE JELLY 
3 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. fruit jell pectin

Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly, for about 4 to 5 minutes. Pour into canning jars, wiping tops of jars to make sure they are clean. Put on tops and bands to seal.
