DILLY PEA SALAD 
4 c. cooked peas
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. dill weed
3/4 c. diced cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, diced

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine vegetables, dill seed, cheese, and eggs. Mix dressing and pour over other ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Flavors blend if allowed to chill overnight.
