MAPLE NUT CANDY 
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. whipping cream
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. maple flavoring

Mix well. Make into small balls and roll in powdered sugar. Cool in refrigerator for awhile. Melt in top of double boiler over water these ingredients: 2 squares Bakers unsweetened chocolate, 1 (6 ounce) package of chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons butter and 2 inches of a bar of wax. Use toothpick to dunk balls in chocolate mixture. Put on a cookie sheet (wax paper on cookie sheet) and put in refrigerator or keep in a cool place.
