CORNBREAD DRESSING 
3 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
3 1/2 c. white bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 or 3 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 c. hot chicken broth

Crumble bread in large bowl. Melt butter. Add onion and celery. Add to crumbs. Add other ingredients. Add broth, toss well. Bake in shallow pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes.
