SESAME COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. finely chopped almonds
1 egg white
3 c. flour
2 c. coconut

Cream butter and sugar, add egg white. Mix in remaining ingredients. Divide dough into thirds. Shape into rolls. (Rolls may be frozen at this point.) Refrigerate until firm. Slice and bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Yield: 4 dozen.
