PEANUT BARS 
1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix together. Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Press into a cookie sheet. Sprinkle over crust 1 bag miniature marshmallows, 1 cup chocolate chips and 3/4 cup chopped Spanish peanuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes but don't overbake. When marshmallows turn medium brown, remove from oven.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk

Add a little more milk if frosting won't spread easily. These bars are easy to make and very good.
