OVEN FRIED DRUMLETS 
3 lb. broiler fryer wings (24) meaty sect. only (use other 2 pieces for stock)
1/3 c. butter, melted
5 c. corn flakes (crushed)
1/2 tsp. salt

Dip wing in butter then cornflakes and salt. Line pan with foil. Grease foil. Arrange drumlets. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked and browned.

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

2 parts apricot preserves
1 part horseradish
