IRISH CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 cans Brooks chili hot beans
1 (12 oz.) can spicy V8
1 sm. can chili powder
2 (12 oz.) cans beer

Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Mix all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for four hours, stirring every 15 minutes or so. May be served with shredded Cheddar cheese on top if desired.
