1 devil's food cake mix
1 egg
1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese

Mix dry cake mix, egg, and butter and press into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Mix powdered sugar, eggs, and cream cheese and pour over cake mix base.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and golden, about 30 minutes.
