OREO COOKIE CAKE 
1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 c. butter, melt
8 oz. cream cheese, soften
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies and set aside 1/2 cup. Mix crumbs with butter and press in 9x13 pan. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Mix cheese, sugar, 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Prepare pudding as directed. Spread over cheese mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with other 8 ounce Cool Whip. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 crumbs. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
