OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon peppermint chocolate chip ice cream
1/3 c. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) Hershey fudge sundae topping
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush cookies. Mix in butter. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Spread mixture in 9"x13" pan. Top with soft ice cream. Then fudge layer. Cover with Cool Whip. Top with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze.
