OAT AND RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bran cereal
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. uncooked oats
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. raisins

Combine milk and cereal in medium-size bowl. Add egg, oil, honey and brown sugar; mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill 12 greased or paper-lined medium-size muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated hot 400 degree oven for approximately 12-15 minutes.
