MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned with 1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can ranch style beans
Corn tortillas
1 lb. cheddar cheese

Line bottom of dish with tortillas. Layer: beef, cheese, soup mixture, cheese, beans, top heavy with cheese. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
