SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
Meatballs and sauce

Cook spaghetti, drain, should be 3 cups. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a buttered pie plate. Spread cottage or ricotta cheese over spaghetti mixture on the bottom. Crush meatballs and make meat sauce with sauce. Spread on top of cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese on top; bake for 5 minutes.
