FANCY SCRAMBLED EGGS 
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Pinch of salt
8 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. Crisco

Using wire whip or egg beater, mix eggs, milk and salt. Add flour slowly. Mix to consistency of syrup. Heat the shortening in the pan. When edges are dry, turn in egg mixture. Keep turning until all mixture is dry.

While in pan, cut into smaller pieces with turning utensil. Serves 6. Serve sprinkled with sugar or confectioners' sugar.
