CORN BREAD 
3 tbsp. oil
2 c. cornmeal mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Combine cornmeal and sugar, add milk, egg and mix until blended. Add oil, mix again. Pour into pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

CORN BREAD TOPPING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. honey

Combine and mix well with electric mixer, pour over warm corn bread.
