COCOA DUSTED SUGAR BALLS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 c. (5 dozen) sm. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Instant sweet milk cocoa

Melt chocolate, add sugar and syrup. Gradually add orange juice. Add vanilla wafers and nuts, mix well. Chill until firm. Form balls size of walnut shell. Roll in cocoa. Let ripen in covered cookie tin for several days. Every day add cocoa and shake tin. They will keep 3-4 weeks covered.

Yield: approximately 4 dozen. Tastes like fudge ball.
