PINEAPPLE MANDARIN CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, juice & all

FILLING:

1 tall can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix cake ingredients, beat for 2 minutes. Put in greased floured pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

FILLING: Mix dry pudding mix with pineapple. Refrigerate awhile. Add Cool Whip, spread on layers and top. Refrigerate. NOTE: Layers may be split. If so, double filling recipe.
