CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
Chicken backs (for meat and broth)
Muffin bread
Soda crackers
Light bread
6 boiled eggs, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Celery salt
Water (as needed for consistency)

Bone chicken and save broth; mix all bread ingredients together. Pour hot broth over and mix good. Add eggs and onion and celery salt; stir in meat from chicken. Be sure consistency is real juicy. Add water as needed. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 1 hour.
