MADAME X'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
4 sq. bitter chocolate
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, chocolate and water in pan. Sift sugar, flour, soda and salt in large bowl. Add chocolate mixture to flour mixture. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add sour cream and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
