QUICK 10 MINUTE MEAL 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can diced tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1/2 tsp. basil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste

Brown hamburger, onions and garlic; drain. Add all other ingredients, except cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cheese on top and melt. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding what you think it needs to suit your taste!
