CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. nuts

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 boxes chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix the crust ingredients and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Layer all of the filling ingredients; then top with Cool Whip and nuts.
