SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
4-5 lb. raw chicken, with bone in
1 lg. bottle of red French dressing, like Catalina
1 (8-10 oz.) jar peach preserves
2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup

Place raw chicken in large Dutch oven; mix together the dressing, preserves, and onion soup. Stir until blended well and pour over raw chicken. Cover and place in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve over white or brown rice.
