CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 1/2 c. water
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. half and half
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. flour

Wash and chop broccoli. Boil in 1 1/2 cups water until tender. When cooled off, pour water and broccoli in blender and blend well. Add flour and blend well. Pour back into saucepan and add half and half. When heated through, stir in mushroom soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Heat until warm but don't boil.
