CHICKEN CASSEROLE - GWEN'S 
1 pkg. cornbread dressing
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sauteed onions
1/2 c. sauteed celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Stew chicken (no salt) pick meat and cut chicken in chunks. Set aside. Save broth! Melt butter and stir in dressing. Pam spray 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Hold 1/2 cup dry dressing for top of casserole.

Put casserole together in this order: Layer of dry dressing, chicken onions and celery, chicken soup diluted with can of broth, dry dressing, chicken, onion and celery, mushroom soup diluted with can of broth. Top with 1/2 cup dry dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
