CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar Bakers German chocolate, grated

With mixer combine cake mix, pudding and oil. Add eggs, one at a time beating after each egg. Blend in milk until creamy.

By hand stir in chips and grated chocolate. Pour into bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.
