1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 egg yolks
pinch of salt
1/2 c. raisins, cooked a little
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 egg white

Mix all ingredients and cook in a double boiler until thick. Then pour into a baked pie crust. Cover with meringue, then brown.
