ARTICHOKE-MACARONI SALAD 
1 lg. can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 sm. jar salad olives, chopped
1 (1 lb.) sm. size shell shaped macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped
2 whole scallions, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. jar Italian salad dressing
1 head romaine lettuce

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well and cool. To cooled macaroni, add and mix olives, artichoke hearts, green pepper, scallions, parsley flakes. Pour salad dressing over salad mixture, mixing carefully. Chill well before serving. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves. Garnish with thinly sliced radishes, if desired.
