PINEAPPLE RICE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add pineapple and rice. Cool until it starts to thicken. Then whip cream and fold in. Cool Whip or Dream Whip may be used. Other flavors of Jello may be used. Also fruit cocktail may be used but drain well. Add sugar to cream if desired.
