TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, grease a 10-inch pie plate. Cook beef (turkey) and onions until brown and drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, spread in plate; sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth. Pour over meat mixture in plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with sliced tomatoes; sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Serve with sour cream, taco sauce, salsa and/or guacamole.
