2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins

Mix well and pour in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

GLAZED ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. baking soda

Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cake after it cools.
