PARMESAN CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken thighs, no skin
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese, canned
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Coat each piece of chicken with mayonnaise, and place in a baking pan, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 cup of bread crumbs, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, turn chicken over and cover with remaining bread crumbs and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. No need to turn over.
