PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 layer cake mix
1 pkg. coconut or vanilla instant pudding, 4 serving size
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. rum
1/4 c. oil

blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 2 greased 9 inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove from pans.

FROSTING:

1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant coconut pudding
1/3 c. rum
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients except Cool Whip and coconut. Fold in Cool Whip and frost cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
