3 c. diced apples (Mac's are best)
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Mix apples, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to apple mixture. Place in greased 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
