FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. evaporated milk or heavy cream, room temperature
Salt & pepper

Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Toss noodles with butter, cheese and cream until well coated. Season with salt and pepper, use extra Parmesan cheese to taste. 8-10 servings.
