Chicken Cutlets 
2 packets Chicken Cutlets
2 Eggs, beaten
A little Milk
Bread Crumbs
1 stick Butter
2 Lemons, juiced
Garlic
Olive Oil

1. Clean the chicken cutlets.

2. Mix eggs and milk together.

3. Place chicken breast in the egg and milk mixture then cover chicken breast with breadcrumbs.

4. Put garlic slices and olive oil in a skillet and heat till garlic browns.

5. Cook the chicken breasts in the garlic and oil until golden brown.

6. In separate sauce pan, heat a stick of butter and lemon juice.

7. Place chicken breasts on a plate and cover with the butter and lemon sauce and enjoy.
