BASIC CREPES 
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour scant 1/2 cup batter into lightly greased 8-inch crepe pan or skillet. Tilt pan to coat bottom evenly with batter. Cook over medium heat until brown.

Turn crepe to brown second side. Spoon desired filling into crepe and roll. Pie fillings or chocolate sauce topped with whipping cream are magnifique. Makes 8 or 9 crepes.
