SPICY CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings, halved and the tips discarded
Cheddar crackers, crumbled
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. chunky salsa (mild, medium, or hot)

Combine crackers and chili powder together. Dip chicken wings in salsa and then in crackers. Bake on greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done and brown. Turn after 15 minutes. Serve hot with salsa as a dip.
