WINE COUNTY HARVEST SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. vegetable skroodles
1 (2 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
1 bunch green onions, sliced using some of greens
1/2 lb. red seedless grapes
1/2 lb. diced chicken breasts

Cook skroodles according to package directions; rinse; cool. Add almonds, onions, grapes and chicken.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. hot-sweet mustard
1 tsp. curry or to taste

Combine above and mix well. Add to other ingredients, toss, chill. Serves 6 to 8.
