SPICY RICH PUMPKIN PIE 
Pastry for 10 inch pie
3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix pumpkin, spices, sugars and salt. Add eggs, slightly beaten, and melted butter. Add to pumpkin mixture; mix well. Pour in pie shell. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 40 minutes or until set. Cool.
