3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter (melted) or butter

Crush all cookies leaving about 12-14 cookies for topping. Mix majority of crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 pan. Beat cream cheese and milk for 2-3 minutes; add both packages of pudding and mix for additional 2-3 minutes. Pour over cookie mixture (it will set quickly).

Put Cool whip on top of pudding mixture and then add the last 12-14 crushed cookies to sprinkle on top. Chill for at least 6 hours.
