CHICKEN IN MOLE POBLANO 
3 lb. chicken, cut into 8 pieces and remove skin
10 c. water
1 tsp. or salt to taste
1/2 c. oil
3 chile ancho
2 chile pasilla
1 ripe tomato
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. roasted almonds
1/2 c. roasted peanuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 stick cinnamon (2 inches) or 1/2 tsp. ground
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 stale corn tortilla (place in toaster)
1 stale slice white bread (place in toaster)
1 oz. sweet chocolate (chips or candy bar)
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. sesame seeds
