PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
4 pork chops, rubbed with dry mustard
6 med. potatoes, sliced
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter; brown chops in butter. Cover with potatoes and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
